I Thomas Bibby of Coppull in the countie of Lancaster husbandman beinge aged and weake in bodye but of pfect memory I praise God therefore utterlye renouncinge all former wills by mee heretofore made, doe heareby constitute ordayne and ,lake this my last Will and testamt in maner and forme followinge, first and principallie I comende my soule unto Almightie god my creator Redeemer and Sanctifyer hoping by the merits of Jesus Christ my Savior to Inherite evrlastinge lyffe, and my bodye I comite to Christian buriall att Standishe ffrom \Ihere I hope to Aryse agayne to Imortalite to Raigne wth my Savior for evrmore, And for my Worldlye goods I bequeth them as followeth ffirst my will is that my goods shall bee devyded into twoe equall pts, The first pte I give and bequeth unto James Bibbie and George Bibbie my two sonnes equallie to bee devyded betweene them, The other pte or halfe I reserve to my selfe out of the wch I give and bequeth unto evrie one that I am godfather unto Six pence a peece, All the rest and Resydue of my said pte of goods over and besyd my legacies and funerall expencs being discharged and paid, I Resve and leave to bee bestowed hereafter att my will and pleasure And as I shall thinke best, Itm I doe hereby constitute and make the said James Bibbie my sonne, and James Dewhurst of Coppull aforesaid Smith my true and lawfull executors of this my last will & testamt hopinge they will truelye execute and pforme the same as my trust is in them , And I desyre my lovinge frendes & neighbours Robert Diconsone and Thomas Worthington of Coppull aforesaid yeomen to bee Supervisors of the same, to see all things therein truelie pformed, In witness hereof I have hereunto sett my hande and seale the daie and yeare ffirst above written Itm I give unto evrie Chylde of my daughter Margaret the Wiffe of James Butcher xijd a peece, Itm I give unto evrie Childe of my daughter Jonye Anyone, xijd a peece Itm I give unto Dorothie Bibbye daughter of my son George, ij s Itm all the rest and Resydue of my saide pte of goods not bequethed I give unto my saide twoe sonnes James Bybby and George Bybbye equallie to bee devyded betweene them.
