This court doth order that the constable of Coppull shall forthwith collect levy and gather of the goods and chattels of Richard Pilkington of the same towne the some of three pounds five shillings & tenn pence and for want of such goods of the inhabitants of the said towne and detained the sd money to reimburse himself the charges expended by him in conveying the sd Pilkington a prisoner to the common goal att Lancr.

 The tenant is Edward Waters
