In the name of God Amen I Margery Taylor of
Coppull in the county of Lancaster widdow being of sound and disposing memmory
do for the settling of my temporall concerns make and ordaine this to be my last
will and testament as followeth And first I order all my just debts funerall
expences togather with the probatt of this my last will and all incedent charges
attending the same to be paid and discharged outof my effects and affter payment
and satisfaction thereof I give unto my daughter Jane now wife of James Miller
of Chorley in the said county butcher the sum of two pounds and to the said
James Miller her husband the sum of five shillings all the rest residue and
remainder of all my effects reall and personall either in lands tenements or
heredittaments of what nature or kind soever in which or unto which I now or
hereafter shall have any intrest clame title or demand either in law or equety
in any wise either lands of inheritance lease hould lands goods chattles or
cattle togather with all and all manner of personallty all and every of which I
give bequeath and devise for ever unto my son Thomas Taylor of Coppull aforesaid
And I do hereby revoak all former or other will or willes by me heretofore made
And lastly I do nominate ordaine and appoint my said son Thomas Taylor to be
sole executor of this my last will. In witness whereof I the above named Margery
Taylor have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of ffebruary In the
year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ffifty |
