Know all men by these presents that whereas John Wareing late of Coppull in the county of Lancaster husbandman deceased died intestate by reason whereof administration of all and singular the goods rights credits cattells and chattels of him the Said deceased doth of right belong unto me Mary Wareing widow and relict of the said deceased. I therefore the said Mary Wareing for diverse good causes and considerations me hereunto moving and more especially for that I well know William Wareing and Ralph Wareing brothers of the said deceased and Lawrence Vaux of Coppull aforesaid to be principal creditors of my said late husband and stand bound and obliged for him in diverse great and considerable sums of money do therefore by these presents renounce and disclaim all and all manner of right claim and title in and to the said administration and do hereby desire that administration of all and singular the goods rights credits cattells and chattels of the said John Wareing my said late husband deceased may be by a judge competent in that behalf granted and committed unto them the said William Wareing and Ralph Wareing and Lawrence Vaux.  And I do hereby authorise and constitute Mr. John stringer and Mr. John Hilton of the city of Chester public notaries jointly and severally my true and lawful proctors. for me and in my name to exhibit this my renunciation ratifying hereby and confirming whatsoever my said proctors. or either of them shall do in this behalf.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this third day of September a.d.  1679
