 The humble petition of Elizabeth Smaley widow of Coppull humbly sheweth

 That your petitioner being a poore widow neare seaventy years of age and having a poore cottage for her life and that ready to fall downe soe that she is in danger of her life and likewise heveing but forepence a weeke allowed her to keepe her from beging and starvinge and your petitioner will ever pray &c
