We present Mr Crook for an incroachment of 20 perches from Fishers Gate to James Ainscows allotment and do amerce him in 6s 8d 

We present the said Mr Crook for James Smalley for an incroachment of one yard in breadth and six yards in length and do amerce him in the sum of one penny.

 We present John Ellison for an incroachment of about five perches from Gate Stub in his fold to Cow Moss and do amerce him in one shilling

 We present Thomas Taylor for an incorachment and do amerce him in the sum of six pence

 We present Mr Low for an incroachment where Thomas Masonís new building is, and do amerce him in 1s 1d

 We present John Ellison for an incroachment of about 4 perches or thereabouts and do amerce him in the sum of 10d
